Overview
The H.OIL Oil & Water Interface Meter is a precision instrument designed for accurately measuring the interface level between liquids in tanks, wells, aquifers, and other containment systems. Whether detecting light non-aqueous phase liquids (LNAPL) floating above water or denser DNAPL products settled below, the H.OIL delivers reliable, high-resolution results even in challenging environments.
Engineered for durability, the meter features a hydrocarbon-resistant Kynar-jacketed, high-tensile steel tape that withstands exposure to fuels, solvents, and harsh contaminants. It can measure product layers as thin as 0.75 mm (0.03"), ensuring exceptional sensitivity for environmental monitoring and remediation applications.
Certified to ATEX, IECEx, CSA, and UL standards, the H.OIL is safe for use in hazardous areas, making it ideal for professionals in the oil & gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
Designed with both performance and usability in mind, the H.OIL includes an IP65-rated electronic module with automatic shut-off, an IP68-rated pressure- and depth-resistant probe, and a grounded lead for added safety. The rugged construction is complemented by practical features such as a tape guide and hanger for well-head stability, an ergonomic vinyl grip, and a winding handle for easy operation
